These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, products, and services provided by Lifetime Labs LLC ("Lifetime Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Licensing

Lifetime Labs sells software products under a lifetime license model. When you purchase a product, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

"Lifetime license" means you receive the right to use the version of the software you purchased, plus all future updates to that product, for as long as the product exists. It does not guarantee indefinite development, support, or availability of the product.

You may need to create an account to purchase or activate products. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when making a purchase.

All purchases are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you also agree to the payment provider's terms of service.

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

All software, content, trademarks, and materials provided by Lifetime Labs are owned by or licensed to Lifetime Labs LLC. Your license grants you the right to use the software — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifetime Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifetime Labs LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of our products or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the affected product and destroy any copies in your possession.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lifetime Labs LLC regarding use of our products and services.
